How does your apparel fit?

Western Rise products are designed and shaped specifically for an active lifestyle. We generally recommend ordering true to your size. If you prefer a roomier fit order a size up. Our fit descriptions can be described in the following ways:

Where can I try on your apparel? In the comfort of your own home! Western Rise is an online brand so consider your bedroom the dressing room. We also offer free returns / exchange so feel free to buy two sizes and return what doesn't fit.

What are your shipping policies?

We offer several different shipping options.

Please allow two business days for fulfillment and tracking for all USPS and UPS ground shipments. Once your order has been shipped and you receive tracking, you should receive your package in 2-5 business days.

In Stock Items

All in stock items are shipped within 2 business days for USPS and UPS ground. UPS 2 day orders received before 12pm EST go out same day.

Studio Items

All Studio items will be shipped USPS ground within the shipping period specified on the specific product page. If your order contains both Stock Items and Studio items your order will be split, and your Evolution items will be shipped separately without additional charge.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes we offer UPS shipping to a variety of countries outside of the United States. Shipping rates are set by UPS and depend on weight and destination. Additional taxes, duties and customs fees are not included in shipping rates.

Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

* Please note that exchange policies DO NOT apply to international purchases. All international purchases are final.

Returns / Exchanges

What is your return/refund policy? Rest assured. We are confident you will love our products, but we understand finding your size online can be tricky. If for any reason your items don’t fit quite right, just use your pre-paid return label to send it back to us within 90 days. We’ll refund your money less shipping and a $4 fee for restocking, or get you the right size at no cost to you. Just make sure the item is still in its original condition and re-sellable.

Western Rise products are limited addition and go out of stock quickly. We recommend expediting your exchange of unused products by placing a new order online and returning the unwanted merchandise for a refund.

Due to the small batch nature of Western Rise products, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will provide a gift card or refund your form of payment for the purchase amount less shipping.

* Pop-Up sale purchases are eligible for exchange. However we are not able to offer free return shipping for items not purchased on westernrise.com.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

We want you to be happy. If you are at all dissatisfied with the product, let us know at help@westernrise.com and we will take care of it. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. WESTERN RISE’s warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. 

Sale Term

Western Rise honors sale prices within the set dates of the sale. Sale prices are NOT applicable to purchases made outside of posted sale dates.

Only one discount code may be applied to each purchase. In instances of large site-wide discounts additional discounts through codes are temporarily not available. We do not offer double discounts.

Items purchased at sale price are eligible for return or exchange according to Western Rise policies for the same item in a different color or size. Western Rise is not able to exchange for completely different products. If you would like to exchange for a separate item we will provide a gift cards to apply to the different item.

Final Sale Merchandise Policy

WESTERN RISE Final Sale are events where we sell merchandise “as is.” All sales are final on items purchased at Final Sales in person or on-line. If a customer sends Final Sale merchandise to the WESTERN RISE Returns Department for a return or exchange, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
