Sizing / Fit

Western Rise product are designed and shaped specifically for an active lifestyle. We generally recommend ordering true to your size. If you prefer a roomier fit, order a size up. 

For your convenience we provide both general size guidelines as well as actual garment measurements on each product page. If you still have questions give us a shout at help@westernrise.com or send us a chat message, and we will be happy to help!

In the comfort of your own home! Western Rise is an online brand so consider your bedroom the dressing room. We also offer free returns / exchanges so feel free to buy two sizes and return what doesn't fit.

Orders / Shipping

We offer free standard (3-5 business days) shipping for all domestic (US) orders over $150.

For orders under $150, we offer $7 flat rate ground shipping (3-5 business days)*.

*Due to COVID-19 precautions, and high volume of shipments, processing and shipping times for orders are seeing up to a 4-7 business day delay for delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We also offer several different Flat Rate expedited shipping options:

Express (2 -3 business days) - $20 flat rate

Overnight (1-2 business days) - $40 flat rate 

*These expedited shipping options have been suspended temporarily as we relocate warehouses. However, please feel free to reach out if you do need expedited shipping and we will be happy to accommodate.

Please note: all shipping option times are based on in-route time after the order has been processed. The first business day after your order is processed, is the first shipping day. 

Orders that are received before 12pm EST Monday-Thursday are processed same-day.  Orders placed after 12pm Friday, or orders placed Saturday-Sunday, are processed the following business day (usually Monday).

Please note: Western Rise ships orders to the address provided to us at time of checkout and is not responsible for reshipping packages mis-delivered or returned to sender if the address provided is incorrect.

If you notice an incorrect address on your order confirmation, please contact us ASAP so we can correct it prior to shipping.

Yes! We offer shipping with Passport to a variety of countries in North America, Europe, Asia and the world. Shipping rates are set by our carrier and are shown at checkout. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with point-to-point tracking. 

If you do not see your country listed in shipping options, please contact us at help@westernrise.com for additional shipping options.

*Due to COVID-19 precautions and related delays, international orders are taking a few extra days to process. Packages are also taking an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery but you will receive an accurate delivery estimate once your order ships. We appreciate your patience with these delays and please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions/concerns. 

Please note: When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination, but we also offer the option to pre-pay these fees when you place your order. 

For some countries, customs/duties are due at the time of checkout. For these countries, only the "duties paid" shipping option will be available.

You are responsible with ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Western Rise does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

If you are unsure of the customs fees leveraged by your country of origin, we encourage you to contact you local customs office prior to ordering. 

Additionally, please double check your shipping address before you place your order. International shipments returned to us because of insufficient address information will not be reshipped at Western Rise's cost, and you will be responsible for reshipping fees. 


We do not currently offer expedited shipping options for international (Non-US) shipments.  

Our warehouse ships orders very quickly which makes it extremely difficult for us to make changes to orders once they are placed. Because of this, we are not able to guarantee any requested changes to an order after it is placed.

If you do need to make a change, we will do our best! Please reply to your order confirmation email for the quickest response. 

Returns / Exchanges

Rest assured, we are confident you will love our products. If you don’t for any reason, we offer pre-paid return labels, so your return shipping is always free

Just make sure the product is still in its original condition, unworn, with tags still on and get it back to us within 60 days to receive an exchange, store credit or refund. 

Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).

*Due to the current global pandemic, we are allowing returns and exchanges beyond the 60 day period within reason. We do still request that you contact us for your return/exchange within that 60-day period, but we understand that the return process may take a bit longer. Unfortunately, no returns or exchanges can be processed later than 90 days after your package was delivered.

Some items are marked as not returnable due to safely/health reasons. Western Rise is unable to accept returns for face masks, under garments or related items. Items that are not returnable, will be marked as such on the product page and marked as non-returnable in our returns portal.

Additionally, returned items that arrive in worn/used condition are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you have the order number or email of the purchaser, you can set-up the return HERE.

If not, send us at email at help@westernrise and include your name, address, phone number, name of original purchaser and order #, if you have it. We will then send you along a shipping label and instructions for your return/exchange.

Returns will either be refunded to the original method of payment or will be given store credit. 

Our normal 60-day return policy applies to gift exchanges, except for orders placed between October 1- 31, which are eligible for return/exchange until January 31st the following year.

Items ordered from our Last Chance section are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are heavily discounted and in limited supply. Items ineligible for exchange will be marked as "All Sales Final" in your cart

Items ordered in a discounted bundle are eligible for return or exchange together or individually.

However, If an item from a bundle is returned for a refund individually, then the bundle discount no longer applies, and your refund will be adjusted to reflect the new total, less the full cost of the other item. If you are returning an item individually from a bundle, please reach out to us directly at help@westernrise.com to set up your return. 

Product Availability

Western Rise products are made in small batches and can go out of stock quickly. Some of our products are restocked regularly, while others are limited edition releases and will not be restocked. 

If a product you would like is currently out of stock, you can select the size and color you would like and sign up with your email for a notification when it is back in stock. As our products are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, this is the best way to get the first shot at a product you are looking for!

Care

Due to these pieces having a Durable Water Repellent application, they will absorb less odor and staining.

Thus, they can and should be washed less frequently.

Wash with like colors with mild detergent cold. Tumble dry low or lay flat. Do not use fabric softener during wash as this may damage the water repellency. 

Please note that due to the stretch material of these pants, you may experience up to a half-size shrinkage after washing and drying in warm/hot water. This is temporary and they will return to their normal size after a wear. They can also be stretched back out by hand if needed. 

Do NOT bleach. Do NOT dry clean. Iron on low heat ONLY.  

Avoid oils and grease as they will permanently damage the water repellent treatment and possibly stain the piece. To remove oil stains use mild dish detergent like Dawn.

Water Repellent Treatment- To reactivate treatment machine dry on medium heat or iron on low heat no steam.

Due to these pieces having a Durable Water Repellent application, they will absorb less odor and staining. Thus, they can and should be washed less frequently. 

Wash with like colors with mild detergent cold. Tumble dry medium or hang dry. Do not use fabric softener during wash as this may damage the water repellency. 

Do NOT bleach. Cool iron ONLY.  Dry clean by professional only. 

Avoid oils and grease as they will permanently damage the water repellent treatment and possibly stain the piece. To remove oil stains use mild dish detergent like Dawn.

Water Repellent Treatment- To reactivate treatment machine dry on medium heat

Wash with like colors with mild wool detergent (Kookaburra) cold. Lay flat to dry(recommended).  

These can be tumble dried, low, but expect a half-size shrinkage.

Do not use bleach. Do not dry clean.

Due to the nature of the merino wool fabric, this piece does not need frequent laundering and does not need to be washed often.

We recommend hand washing and drying flat, or dry cleaning to extend the life of this piece.

While not recommend, If machine washed and dried, expect a half size or more shrinkage.

Due to these pieces having a Durable Water Repellent application, they will absorb less odor and staining. Thus, they can and should be washed less frequently.

Tumble dry low or line dry. Expect half-size shrinkage on first wash/dry.

Warranty

If you are at all dissatisfied with the product, let us know at help@westernrise.com and we will take care of it. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, please reach out to us, send along a few photos showing the issue, and we will get you a repair or replacement.

WESTERN RISE’s warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, improper use or accidents.

WESTERN RISE will ultimately make the final decision whether any damage was caused by a manufacturing defect or wear and tear.

Sale Terms

Western Rise is unable to honor sale pricing outside of the posted sale date. Sale prices apply to in-stock items only and we are unable to do “rain checks” for out of stock products.

Only one discount code may be applied to each purchase. We do not offer double discounts. In instances of large site-wide discounts, additional discounts are temporarily unavailable to use during the sale term.

Yes! Items purchased at sale price are eligible for return or exchange according to our normal 60-day return policy.

All product marked as "Final Sale" are heavily discounted and items that we are no longer going to be restocking. Because of these reasons, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes all sale items in our Last Chance collection. 

Unfortunately, no. Try Now orders are not eligible for additional discounts at checkout and we are unable to retroactively apply discount codes to Try Now orders.

If you have a code that you would like to use, you will need to place your order with "Buy Now" as your checkout option. Buy Now orders are still eligible for free returns and exchanges.

Gift Cards

Yes! We do offer Gift Cards. Currently, they are offered at various $50 increments but if you would like a different amount, feel free to reach out to us at help@westernrise.com and we can make any amount happen! Gift card codes can be applied during checkout and do not expire.

Try Now

Your trial begins when your items are delivered. We’ll authorize your card at checkout - which does set aside funds for the full amount of the order - but you won’t be charged until after the end of your trial.

Don’t love it? Send any items (in new, unused condition) you don’t want back to us. From there, the authorization on your account will be released within a few business days (bank processing time), and you’ll only be charged for what you keep.

Credit cards and debit cards are currently eligible for this program. Gift cards are not accepted.

We validate your card through an authorization for the full amount of the order. You'll see a pending authorization on your statement, but rest assured that's not a charge. We'll only charge your card for the items you decide to keep at the end of your trial period.

We periodically revalidate your card throughout your trial. In these instances, you will see your original authorization disappear, replaced with a new pending charge. Some banks take a few business days to drop the original authorization, so you may see two pending charges for a day or two. Rest assured we will only charge you for the items you keep after you’ve had a chance to try them.

Note that we will charge your card before the end of your trial if we are unable to maintain the authorization (if the financial institution declines the hold or due to insufficient funds).

While we do stick the the above policy in most cases, Western Rise does reserve the right to charge your order at anytime before or after your trial period.

Authorizations are what we use to confirm your ability to pay for items if you choose to keep them. They appear on your statement as pending charges. Similar to when a hotel puts a hold on your credit card, we release the funds after checkout and only charge you for the items you kept.

We track when the package was delivered to your house, which starts the trial period. You have until the end of your trial period to postmark returns.

We provide an ample amount of time for any returns to arrive at our warehouse before charging your card. Once the items are returned, we inspect and update your order status so you will not be charged.

Be sure to review the return policy for item condition requirements (new, unused with tags attached). If we determine items are not in resellable condition, you will be charged.

No problem! Our regular 60-day return policy is still in effect.

Rewards Program

Joining is easy! Just click the Create An Account button to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll automatically be enrolled in our rewards program and start earning points.

Please note that all orders placed prior to 07/14/2021 are not eligible for points and we cannot add points retroactively.

However, all orders placed in 2021 DO count towards your reward tier amount.

You can earn points by participating in any of our rewards promotions. Simply click on the 'Earn Points' tab to view and take part in our current opportunities. Make sure to check back often, as we will continue to add new options to earn points.

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.

Your up-to-date points balance is displayed on your rewards page. Just login to your account to view your current balance.

Sign up is 100% free and you will begin earning points immediately after sign-up. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.

You should receive points in your account a few minutes (or less) after you complete a promotion! If you are not seeing your points, refresh your browser.

Nope! Your points will never expire.

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.

For example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

We currently require you to have enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab.

From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email.
