Versa Hat

I backed this hat on Kickstarter in 2020 and received the hat only a few months after the campaign ended.

I have worn this hat nearly daily, for 8-12 hours per day, have washed it countless times, folded it and stuffed into pockets and bags, and clipped it on my belt loop on countless motorcycle rides.

I have never been so impressed with an article of clothing in my life. This hat has been phenomenal and I could not recommend it more. Not only has the elasticity of the hat stayed functional, but the bill of the hat shows no sign of wear. I have noticed no staining or blemishing at all in the four years I've been wearing this hat.

One thing I would say against the hat, is that "water resistant" is a bit of a stretch. Water bounced off and took a while to seep in for the first few months, but it started absorbing rain drops as quickly as a cotton shirt after only one or two washes. That being said, I am eager to douse it in water without any fear of the sun bleaching the fabric on a hot day in southern New Mexico.

I will be purchasing another hat soon, but not because I need or want to replace the first one. I just want another color or two for variety! This hat rocks.
