As we prepare to close, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

International Orders

If you backed a Western Rise project on Kickstarter and need assistance, please email us directly.

Gift Orders

If you received a Western Rise product as a gift and need assistance with the original order, please contact us at help@westernrise.com and include your name, address, phone number, name of original purchaser, and order number if available.

Bundles & Promotional Purchases

Items purchased as part of bundles or promotional offers are considered final sale. For questions regarding an existing order, please contact help@westernrise.com.

Warranty

Our goal has always been to make the best product. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, please reach out to us at help@westernrise.com for assistance. Be sure to include images of the defect.

WESTERN RISE’s warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. WESTERN RISE will make the final determination regarding manufacturing defects.
