What is your return/refund policy?
Rest assured. We are confident you will love our products. If you don’t for any reason, we offer pre-paid return labels, so your return shipping is always free. Just make sure the product is still in its original condition, unworn, with tags still on and get it back to us within 60 days to receive an exchange, store credit or refund. Orders placed between November 1 - 31 are eligible for return until January 31st the following year.
Exchanges: We offer free exchanges, so let us know why the product didn't work out and we will get you set up for an exchange. Please note that WESTERN RISE items go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make all requested exchanges. If this is the case you will be able to choose one of our two refund options
Refunds: We offer TWO forms of Refunds
- Western Rise Store Credit +10% Bonus Western Rise Credit
- A refund to the original form of payment (minus a $4 restocking fee)
Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
To start a return/exchange:
- Please visit our returns page: westernrise.returnly.com
- Enter your email address and click "start a return"
- Once your email address is submitted, check your inbox for your return email, you'll find instructions for selecting the items you want to return or exchange, printing your return label, packing your items.
- Once your return is approved you will receive an e-mail with your prepaid USPS return label. We generally approve return/exchanges within 1 business day of them being submitted.
- Print the label and place it on the resealed package with the item. Include your packing slip with a note of your preference of exchange or refund and reason (we love feedback!). If you do not have a packing slip, please leave a note with your name, Western Rise email account, order # and refund or exchange preference.
- Once we receive your order, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 2-3 business days of receiving at our warehouse. Please note that it takes 2-3 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account from time of refund notification.

**Please note that exchange policies DO NOT apply to international purchases. All international purchases are final. If a package is refused due to the customs fees not being paid, we will be unable to refund you for your shipment.**
**Please follow our return process or contact us before sending back your return. Sending a return without notifying us will cause extreme delays in processing. Western Rise is not responsible for any return packages that are shipped without our provided pre-paid return label.**
What is your warranty?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are at all dissatisfied with the product, let us know at email@example.com and we will take care of it. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. WESTERN RISE’s warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Last Chance Merchandise
Western Rise Last Chance items are sometimes marked FINAL SALE. Final Sales items are clearly marked in our Last Chance section on-line and at in person events. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. If a customer sends Final Sale merchandise to the WESTERN RISE Returns Department for a return or exchange, they will be issued store credit.
