Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/refund policy?

Rest assured. We are confident you will love our products. If you don’t for any reason, we offer pre-paid return labels, so your return shipping is always free. Just make sure the product is still in its original condition, unworn, with tags still on and get it back to us within 60 days to receive an exchange, store credit or refund. Orders placed between November 1- December 31 are eligible for return until January 31st the following year.

Exchanges: We offer FREE exchanges, so let us know why the product didn't work out and we will get you set up for an exchange. Please note that WESTERN RISE items go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make all requested exchanges. If this is the case you will be able to choose one of our two refund options

Refunds: We offer TWO forms of Refunds

  1. Western Rise Store Credit +10% Bonus Western Rise Credit
  2. A refund to the original form of payment (minus a $4 restocking fee)

Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).

To start a return:

  1. Contact us for a pre-paid return label at help@westernrise.com
  2. Let us know: your order #, the items your would like to return, the reason for the return (we love feedback!) and, which option your would like (exchange, store credit, or refund)
  3. We will personally reply within 1 business day, with a pre-paid return label attached. 
  4. Print out the label, box/bag up your return and include your original packing slip in the package.
  5. We advise you to keep your return tracking number until our support team has processed your refund.
  6. Once we receive your order, we will process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 5-7 days of receiving at our warehouse. Please note that it takes 2-3 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account form time of refund notification.

**Please contact us before sending back your return. Sending a return without notifying us will cause extreme delays in processing. Western RIse is not responsible for ay return packages that are shipped without a pre-paid return label.**

What is your warranty?

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are at all dissatisfied with the product, let us know at info@westernrise.com and we will take care of it. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. WESTERN RISE’s warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Last Chance Merchandise

Western Rise Last Chance items are FINAL SALE. Final Sales items are clearly marked in our Last Chance section on-line and at in person events. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns. If a customer sends Final Sale merchandise to the WESTERN RISE Returns Department for a return or exchange, they will be issued store credit.

What are your shipping policies?  

We offer several different shipping options.

  • USPS ground (2-5 days after order processes)- Flat rate

  • UPS ground (2-5 days after order processes)- UPS rate estimate

  • UPS 2 day (2 days after order processes)- UPS rate estimate

All shipping option times are based on time AFTER the order has been processed. Orders are processed before 12pm EST Monday-Thursday. We do our best to get UPS 2 Day orders in the mail the same day for orders placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time. Please note the last day of USPS/ UPS guaranteed ground shipment delivery for holiday is December 13. All orders after this date should be expedited for arrival.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We offer UPS shipping to a variety of countries in North America, Europe, and the world. Shipping rates are set by the carriers.
