To measure the length, measure the distance between the wrist and the tip of the middle finger. To measure the circumference of your palm should be measured at its widest point. Hands are different and some models have a tighter fit than others.

All size measurements are in inches.

Please Note: This size guide includes the best possible estimated measurements we can give you to determine your size. You may also need to take into consideration a few things before your final decision is made

  • Do you like a looser or tighter fitting glove? Looser- go up a size if you are in between. Tighter- go down a size if you are in between
  • In order to ensure you are getting the dexterity intended, you should be able to just slightly pinch the edge of the fingertips. The small space at the edge of the fingertips allows warm air to circulate once the glove heats up.

Hestra has worked with the highest quality leather since 1936. There are a few practices we recommend to keep your gloves in the best shape.

  • Avoid rain and sources of heat to prevent the possibility of staining. The drum dyed leather has great depth of color but is sensitive to Hestra to humidity or rain. If they become wet dry at room temperature away from extreme heat. If stains occur rub area with soft cloth and talcum powder.
  • Let your gloves rest. When possible allow a day between wearing as damp leather wears more quickly.
  • Stretch the gloves periodically. Over time the quality leather gloves with “flow”, or transfer elasticity to the glove’s length rather than its width. To restore gently stretch the glove gently against the edge of the table.
