United StatesThis hooded sweater is great. When I first put it on, I could tell that it hold up much better than most wool garments that I have had. I feel comfortable wearing it on outdoor adventures as well as errands around town. It is also very soft and comfortable!
United StatesI'm not big on sweaters, but I decided to try this out during the year-end sale and haven't regretted it for the price, merino wool reinforced with nylon after all. It's nice to layer with the AirLoft Shirt Jacket and is compact in my backpack when I haven't needed it for this winter.
United StatesWhile I want to love this with all of my heart, the sizing seems a bit off...I received the XL version of the SCMWH for Christmas and after trying it on, it was a bit small and so I went with a XXL. After trying that on, it fit quite a bit smaller than I excepted (for a XXL anyway), particularly in terms of length. My wife thinks it’ll shrink after washing it, but In general I freaking love the style and comfort, so decided to roll the dice and hope for the best. Maybe the odor resistance will minimize the amount of washing (and potential shrinkage), but we shall see!
Hello Luke. Thanks for sending along your feedback and glad to hear that the StrongCore Hoodie is working out mostly well for you. As far as sizing goes, the Hoodies are designed to have a slimmer, more fitted cut to them. More like a sweater fit vs. a traditional hoodie. We do publish all of our measurements on our size guide, but sorry to hear if you missed these and that the hoodie was smaller/shorter than you expected. As far as shrinkage goes, the hoodie will shrink a bit if washed in warm water or machine dried. We don't recommend either. To extend the size of the hoodie, we do recommend washing only.The good news is, you shouldn't need to launder it often an=s it is very odor resistant.
