This is definitely not up to Western Rise standards and we can absolutely take care of this for you. We will be sending you out a new replacement Limitless Merino Button-Down Shirt - Smoke / Large ASAP. Once that does head your way, we will send you along with that tracking info. so you can keep an eye out for it. As for your current defective shirt, please feel free to keep it as a spare, or donate it to a local charity. United StatesThis is the second limitless merino button down shirt that I’ve purchased this year. Both wear and wash very well. I have been able to get three days wear out of each with no noticeable odors. Looking forward to taking them to Paris in a few weeks.

The Western Rise Limitless Merino Button-Down performs great no matter what the day has in store. It's formal enough to attend meetings in and it can take a beating in the field. Highly recommended!
