United StatesFinally trying the Diversion after having some of the other kinds and loving them for a while. The Diversion pants are fantastic! Very comfortable. The shipping always seems to take longer than it should, and I had to exchange for another size, so it took quite a while to actually get the pants I wanted in the size that fits me... Love every pair of pants I've got from Western Rise though!
United StatesI like the fit to these pants. Unfortunately, they are pilling badly in the seat and cuffs after only 12-15 times worn. Very low quality material and way out of line with the quality I expect at this price.
Hello Scott, Thanks for your feedback on Western Rise. We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with pilling on your Diversion Pant. As far as the pilling goes, it is usually the result of repeated abrasion to a specific area or is caused by care-related issues. The good news is, that pilling can be fixed, is not a result of a defect in the fabric, and doesn't affect long-term durability. Here and Here are a few good articles that offer some good tips on how to prevent and fix pilling. Since pilling is a result of "wear and tear" it is not covered under our warranty, but if it ends up affecting the long-term durability of your Diversion Pant, or if any other issues occur, please feel free to reach out.
