Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/refund policy? Rest assured. We are confident you will love our products. If you don’t for any reason, send it back to us and we’ll refund your money less shipping. Just make sure the product is still in its original condition, and get it back to us within 90 days to receive a full refund.

  2. If you have a profile, sign in. If not, enter your order number and e-mail address.
  3. Once you're signed in, you'll find instructions for selecting the items you want to return or exchange, printing your return label, packing your items.
  4. Include your packing slip with a note of your preference of exchange or refund and reason (we love feedback!). If you do not have a packing slip, please leave a note with your name, Western Rise email account, order # and refund or exchange preference.
  5. We advise that you keep your return tracking information until our support team has processed your refund.
  6. Once we receive your order, we'll issue your refund or exchange within 5-7 days of receiving at warehouse. Please note that it takes 2-3 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account from time of refund notification.

    I would like to make an exchange, what do I do?

    We recommend expediting your exchange of unused products by placing a new order online and returning the unwanted merchandise. Contact us for a return label – we’ve got you covered on shipping! help@westernrise.com .

    For snail mail exchanges:

    2. Include your packing slip with a note of your preference of exchange or refund and reason (we love feedback!). If you do not have a packing slip, please leave a note with your name, Western Rise email account, order # and refund or exchange preference.
    3. We advise that you keep your return tracking information until our support team has processed your refund.
    4. Your order will be exchanged within 12 business days of receiving at warehouse. Tracking emails will be sent once the return item has been processed with the shipping provider.

    WESTERN RISE items go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.

    What is your warranty? We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are at all dissatisfied with the product, let us know at info@westernrise.com and we will take care of it. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. WESTERN RISE’s warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. 


    Final Sale Merchandise Policy- WESTERN RISE Final Sales are events where we sell merchandise “as is.” All sales are final on items purchased at Final Sales at our retail or on-line locations. If a customer sends Final Sale merchandise to the WESTERN RISE Returns Department for a return or exchange, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

    What are your shipping policies?  We offer several different shipping options.

    • USPS ground (2-5 days after order processes)- Flat rate
    • UPS ground (2-5 days after order processes)- UPS rate estimate
    • UPS 2 day (2 days after order processes)- UPS rate estimate

    All shipping option times are based on in rout time AFTER the order has been processed. Orders are processed before 12pm EST Monday-Thursday. We do our best to get UPS 2 Day orders in the mail the same day for orders placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time.

    Do you offer international shipping? Yes. We offer UPS shipping to a variety of countries in North America, Europe, and the world. Shipping rates are set by the carriers.
