SIZING / FIT:

How does your apparel fit

Western Rise product are designed and shaped specifically for an active lifestyle. We generally recommend ordering true to your size. If you prefer a roomier fit order a size up. Our fit descriptions can be described in the following ways:
  • Active Fit: Athletic tailored for a flattering look but roomy enough for your active lifestyle. Active fitting technical garments may be worn over light baselayers and under outerlayers.

For your convenience we provide both general size guidelines as well as actual garment measurements on each product page. If you still have questions give us a shout at help@westernrise.com.

Where can I try on your apparel? In the comfort of your own home! Western Rise is an online brand so consider your bedroom the dressing room. We also offer free returns / exchange so feel free to buy two sizes and return what doesn't fit. 

 

ORDERS / SHIPPING:

What are your shipping policies?  We offer several different shipping options.

  • USPS ground (2-5 days after order processes)- Flat rate
  • UPS ground (2-5 days after order processes)- UPS rate estimate
  • UPS 2 day (2 days after order processes)- UPS rate estimate

All shipping option times are based on in rout time AFTER the order has been processed. Orders are processed before 12pm EST Monday-Thursday. 

** Please note the last day to guarantee items will arrive for Christmas 2016 is is Friday December 16th for standard ground shipments, December 20th for all UPS 3 day select and 2 day air.**

Do you offer international shipping? Yes we offer UPS shipping to a variety of countries in North America, Europe, and the world. Shipping rates are set by the carriers.

* Please note that exchange policies DO NOT apply to international purchases. All international purchases are final.*

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

What is your return/refund policy? Rest assured. We are confident you will love our products. If you don’t for any reason, just send it back to us and we’ll refund your money. Just make sure the item is still in its original condition, and get it back to us within 90 days to receive a full refund, less the original shipping cost. Contact us for a return label at help@westernrise.com.

    • Include a copy of your proof of purchase with order number and a note about your desired exchange.
    • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

I would like to make an exchange, what do I do?   Send us a message at help@westernrise.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of! 

We recommend expediting your return of unused products by placing a new order online and returning the unwanted merchandise. Contact us for a return label – we’ve got you covered on shipping! 

For snail mail exchanges: 

    1. Contact us for a return label at help@westernrise.com
    2. Include a copy of your proof of purchase with order number and a note about your desired exchange.

WESTERN RISE items go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will provide a gift card or refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.

*International sales are not eligible for exchange

* Pop-Up sale purchases are eligible for exchange. However we are not able to offer free return shipping for Items not purchased on the Western Rise website.

WARRANTY:

What is your warranty? We want you to be happy. If you are at all dissatisfied with the product, let us know at help@westernrise.com and we will take care of it. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. WESTERN RISE’s warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. 

SALE TERM:

  • Western Rise honors sale prices within the set dates of the sale. Sale prices are NOT applicable to purchases made outside of posted sale dates.
  • Only one discount code may be applied to each purchase. In instances of large site-wide discounts additional discounts through codes are temporarily not available. We do not offer double discounts. 
  • Items purchased at sale price are eligible for return or exchange according to Western Rise policies for the same item in a different color or size. Western Rise is not able to exchange for completely different products. If you would like to exchange for a separate item we will provide a gift cards to apply to the different item.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE POLICY:

WESTERN RISE Final Sales are events where we sell merchandise “as is.” All sales are final on items purchased at Final Sales in person or on-line. If a customer sends Final Sale merchandise to the WESTERN RISE Returns Department for a return or exchange, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
