How does your apparel fit

Western Rise product are designed and shaped specifically for an active lifestyle.  We generally recommend ordering true to your size. If you prefer a roomier fit order a size up. Our fit descriptions can be described in the following ways:
  • Active Fit: Athletic tailored for a flattering look but roomy enough for your active lifestyle.Active fitting technical garments may be worn over light baselayers and under outerlayers.
  • Standard Fit: Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting technical garments may be worn over heavier midlayers.

Where can I try on your apparel? Presently, there are two ways to try on WESTERN RISE product, in one of our retail partners or at your home.  

    1. Visit the one of our partner retail shops near you. Our list of affiliate retailers will be updated soon.
    2. Order multiple sizes and return the ones that don’t fit (see our returns / exchange  policy). 



What are your shipping policies?  We offer several different shipping options.

  • USPS ground (2-5 days after order processes)- Flat rate
  • UPS ground (2-5 days after order processes)- UPS rate estimate
  • UPS 2 day (2 days after order processes)- UPS rate estimate

All shipping option times are based on in rout time AFTER the order has been processed. Orders are processed before 12pm EST Monday-Thursday. We do our best to get UPS 2 Day orders in the mail the same day for orders placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes we offer USPS and UPS rate estimate shipping to a variety of countries in North America, Europe, and the world. Shipping rates are set by the carriers.

What is your return/refund policy? Rest assured. We are confident you will love our products. If you don’t for any reason, just send it back to us and we’ll refund your money. Just make sure the item is still in its original condition, and get it back to us within 30 days to receive a full refund. Contact us for a return label at help@westernrise.com.

    • Include a copy of your proof of purchase with order number and a note about your desired exchange.
    • Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

I would like to make an exchange, what do I do?   Send us a message at help@westernrise.com and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of! 

We recommend expediting your return of unused products by placing a new order online and returning the unwanted merchandise. Contact us for a return label – we’ve got you covered on shipping! 

For snail mail exchanges: 

    1. Contact us for a return label at help@westernrise.com
    2. Include a copy of your proof of purchase with order number and a note about your desired exchange.

WESTERN RISE items go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.

*International sales are not eligible for exchange

* Pop-Up sale purchases are eligible for exchange. However we are not able to offer free return shipping for Items not purchased on the Western Rise website.


What is your warranty? We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are at all dissatisfied with the product, let us know at help@westernrise.com and we will take care of it. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. WESTERN RISE’s warranty doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. 


  • Western Rise honors sale prices within the set dates of the sale. Sale prices are NOT applicable to purchases made outside of posted sale dates.
  • Items purchased at sale price are eligible for return or exchange according to Western Rise policies for the same item in a different color or size. Western Rise does not exchange for completely different products. 


WESTERN RISE Final Sales are events where we sell merchandise “as is.” All sales are final on items purchased at Final Sales at our retail or on-line locations. If a customer sends Final Sale merchandise to the WESTERN RISE Returns Department for a return or exchange, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
